It is a secret love story between 23 years old English poet John Keats (Ben Whishaw) and a girl Fanny Brawne (Abbie Cornish).Fanny is student of fashion. Both don’t like each other in beginning, Keats thinks that she is stylish minx and Fanny did not like his poetry and literature in general.

When Fanny knows about that Keats was nursing his sick brother then a soft corner for Keats comes in her heart. She wanted to learn poetry from him, so she asked him to teach her poetry. He agreed to teach her. The poetry soon became a romantic medication that worked not only to sort their differences but also generate emotional love affair.
When Keats’s best friend and Fanny’s mother realize them about their relationship and attachment, that time they are in unstoppable momentum. Keats wrote her that together they are carried a wave of romantic fascination that grows deeper as their troubles mounted.
When Keats fell ill a year later, they faced separation and no marriage. Keats own emotional words “Forever panting and forever young”.
